The reservation of the apartments has a minimum duration:

of ten (10) days for the "Livari" apartment on the first floor.

of ten (10) days for the "Diaporos" apartment on the second floor.

of ten (10) days for the "Vourvourou" apartment on the ground floor.

Common quiet hours apply and are defined by law as follows:

• a. During the summer season from 3:00pm to 5:30pm and from 11:00pm to 07:00am.
• b. During the winter season from 3:30pm to 5:30pm and from 10:00pm to 07:30am.

For every 7 (seven) days booked for any apartment, a free boat trip to the beaches of the area as well as to the neighboring island of Diaporos is provided.
